My predominant intent with "Heal Thyself" is to assist anyone seeking healing, abundance and enlightenment. It is written in such a way that it will meet one where they currently are physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. "Heal Thyself" provides tools, techniques and remedies (Source Energy Medicines) to assist, empower and enable each person to achieve their particular goals. While the focus of the book is health the same principles can be applied to any aspect of ones life.
